Whippet 96A (Second Series) Hubcap - Wood Wheels for 2 1/2" x 16 TPI hub

The second series of Whippet 96A was introduced in Sept 1930 and was discontinued early in 1931.
These Whippets had serial numbers from 465000 to 470247.
