This is a De Luxe model - this is identifiable by the chrome or stainless surround around the windshield and the chromed hood side doors. Both items were painted on the standard model. This is probably a Los Angeles plant built car - the front bumper on the so called 'West Coast' cars have a deep vee whereas the so called East Coast (actually Toledo, Ohio) cars have a much straighter (shallower vee) front bumper.
