Unrestored 1926 Willys Knight Model 70 Sedan - America

This car has a rather fascinating history in that it used to belong to Paramount Studios. When first purchased by them, it was a nice original car in working order. It was used throughout the Untouchables series but towards the end it was chosen as one of the stunt cars in a car chase. It was at this point that the engine and transmission were removed so that cameras could be mounted inside the engine compartment. The front fenders were cut to accomodate dual side mounted spare wheels. Bullet holes were drilled into some of the panels (See Left Rear Door) and the car pushed on its side with cameras mounted inside to simulate a roll over. The seats are now missing as they were doused with chemicals and set alight for about 30 seconds as part of the roll over and subsequent explosion scenes.
